I have a question. Do we get 21 rights to every 40 existing shares, or 21 shares for every 40 shares. If rights then we need to exercise prior to 1/7/09. If so whats the cost of exercising. Is it the cost of the heads less the rights @ $28.29, on the date of purchase? This is probably basic stuff for everyone out there, but I need to be sure of where I stand.
