Regal subsquently sold down.
If one looks through the detail of the substantial shareholder notice, Regal were allocated shares in the IPO, around 9m shares from memory, they subsequently bought on market into the post IPO hype adding around 5m shares from memory (buying all the way to the top).
Then had a change of mind and started offloading like mad selling continuously into March.
By the end of March they were no longer a substantial holder (probably didn't want there name attached to this, not good for Regis Marketing Department trying to attract funds under management).
Given they are no longer a substantial shareholder we cannot track any more of their trades post March.
But we can say that Regis definitely did not have Dimond hands.
