Something must be coming to a legal conclusion as ZI just checked Patent status and no US20200143229A1has just registered a complete legal assignment of all interest ie they (Peter and Anil) are just inventor only now.
This suggests someone wants complete certainty that there is complete certainty that Brainchip owns all the interests in this Patent, usually this is before they sign something.
Anyway I suspect a very big "experienced patent licensor (aka as a big gorilla) or a Government Agency before they commit they want to be sure no-one comes out of left field with financial claims (NASA/DARPA/DoD).
Anyway I suspect something big is brewing as this was executed in 1/2021 and registered on 29/4/2021
