OEX will never produce 2000BOPD from West Kampar.
As I have said many times the terms of their PSC (Production Sharing Contract) is 85% / 15%. With 85% going to The Indonesian Govt.
At best, using 2000BOPD ( in dream time only) OEX, I think have 40% 0f 15% which equals 135 BOPD to OEX.
