I have just read in detail both Euroz Valuations (Dec 2020) and (April 2021), I do appreciate that these boys need to be cautious.... but:
- still applying 70% discounting to the company valuation.... a Joke (it was fair enough back in Dec), now we are operating/exporting
- The Butcherbird project was valued higher in Dec'20 ($237M) compared to Apr'21 ($175M)..... second joke! (plus Mn price has gone up 15% since)
- Current value considered for the HPMS project is $75M (like 5% of the NPV!!)....... Hahahahhatoo many jokes in a row.....
Sorry, is this a valuation, or a comedy stand-up act???
