for you to say that you must be privvy to information i am not, i am assuming worst case scenario.

all those things you mention are in place, it has not done us any good so far - we are not at critical mass and yes a new board should help but its not necessarily the panacea

in respect to the board - they don't have significant dollars at stake but yes you are right they should know what they are doing.

i am just thinking suspension for a few months till everything is sorted - due to our board being very straight down the line, they may feel the legal obligation to let it trade - i would try and find a loophole not to.
