Great idea to start a secondary market on the RAC placement $4.50 options.
Here is the Black & Scholes option model (Theoretical PRICE) = $1.40
Assumptions:
- Share Price = $3.55 (high for today)
- Risk Free = 1.6% (Approx 10 yr Aust Bonds yield)
- Volatility = 121% (provided by Dr T in a HC post last week)
At $1.40, I will hold on to mine. These options are a gift that keeps on giving.
