Why did Global Wine Ventures fail Why did Brand New Vintage fail? these were "wineries/wine marketers " on the ASX run by shonky CEO's who lined their pockets fat salaries etc (with not much skin in the game) with small retail investors money using CR all the time thus diluting share value etc... also if you check the time window from the 90's to around 2010's there was a tiny boom in Australian wine companies listing on the asx some were taken over by global companies but most failed or kept 'rebirthing' with new names as those 3 above How do I know because I was a small fish investor taken along for the ride from one to the next in these 3 companies... so life goes on Now DW8 you really need to only read back about the time when Dean came on to the scene at DAWINE (DA wine was another failure!) this is the pivotal point!... anything before that time is totally not relevant to now this is not the same business structure at all as the previous companies' names DW8 IS NOT a "wine producer" it is SAAS based service provider I think that's where you are mistakenly comparing mouldy musty grapes (those 3 companies) to oranges read more details in the DW8 company announcements read the names of the wineries listed so far they tell the DW8 story that the logistics/market demand is wanted and needed and IT is/will be provided by DW8 so the share price has gone down who cares it will rise again you need mid to long term vision here 5+ years DYO research

I was living in Margaret River when Xanadu floated. Connor Lagan owned Xanadu and a serious amount of land. Poor bastard now drives an Uber. Thinking big and all that doesn't always work for some. It would have been far better continuing his small boutique winery and sub-dividing some of his land. That was my advice back then. Now, look.
