Seeing things as they are? that doesn't sound like an opinion to me, it sounds like a conclusion. IMO you cannot conclude that Kev is like a used car dealer, you can only have that opinion.

IMO you can't conclude that they are doing anything illegal until proven guilty. As far as I know, Kev has not been charged with any criminal offences under the corporations act yet.

To conclude prematurely is to tempt fate to prove you wrong. If you are proven wrong you may miss out on some cold hard cash. Some don't care about that, but I do, I am trading stock to make as much money as is physically possible. You may get 2 minutes of jollies making a few random conclusions on a stockforum to get up a few people's noses on a sunday night, but you can't buy anything with this currency.
