Letter from HEG to ASX says 'funding arrangement' so either placement or perhaps rights issue, or maybe both!!
I would anticipate some significant progress announcements as well to support sp if the raising is at a discount to Friday's close, to justify the raising and support the sp.
Just my idle 20cents worth ;-)
