Each to their own and we all have different circumstances, BUT, here in this place, we tend to get a bit cultish. The general vibe here is that you will make way more money by simply holding your shares - rather than getting tricky/smart by trading them.
I've held since 1.2c and averaging up, I'd have to agree.
