You said you've been pushing for a share buy back for quite some time. You tell me how a share buy back at $8, or whatever the share price was when you were pushing for it, would help shareholder value? The idea of a buy back is to buy back stock when it's trading below fundamental value. It's still trading above intrinsic/fundamental value. Even a tech company like Facebook is trading on a similar multiple to A2M. Which is a better investment? One with consistent growth or one which has declining revenue and no turnaround strategy? I think the company knows it has been trading above fundamentals, hence why they haven't given much thought to a buy back to date.
