Diluting the Chinese is easy. If they don't get finance, organise a finance company too, and give them a shipload of free options in the process. Chinese will vote against it, and everybody else votes yes, because production is what people want. I'm sure the Chinese will quit ton then. That's one way. Plenty of other ways. You can only do stuff with a management team, that doesn't suck up to the Chinese.
