Hot IPO allocations are always about who you know. Chairman’s list = the inner circle, while broker allocations tend to be given to their best (ie highest paying clients). Money talks...not fair but life isn’t either.
As @rovic0 said, SRK holders got priority so nothing to see here IMO.
