I think you will find the Trolls have been spot on with their assessment of WKT,
If WKT is struggling to raise the $20mil from Insto's as reported on HC, which detailed a significant discounts has been offered just to raise $6mil. Just imagine the trouble WKT could have if they have a failure with the production facility (break down, cost over runs, mining issues, low recovery).
Add in the future Capital raising (12 months time) that requires WKT to meet the conditions subsequent and the funds required for operating the production facility.
If the T40 and the directors are not willing to help fund Lindi now they have been offered US$20mil from a Tanzania bank where many have suggested a future SP of 75c, can you see them risking their money with any of the above happen?
