    The Company would be in a better position to clear debts completely than using debts to pay debts.
    We knew the Company would do another capital raise again refer to Petey’s previous posts...
    They also want to clear all non exercised options.
    The Company will be again in a better financial position to potentially win other contracts... more dilution but healthier Company... IMO
