It was/is the companies intention to search out new assets, you are only stating the obvious that have been disclosed in announcements (factual)
There is a budget specifically for new acquisitions which was covered in the Prospectus under the M & A budget. Note, that there has been some funds drawn from this budget suggesting some work is being done on something.

Interesting, your words fact: "Acquisition or a new asset being reviewed" changes to your "assumption" of an "acquisition coming will blow you mind", The dynamics of the change from "fact" to "assumption" structure, IMO is suggestive of you knowing? or just what the little birdie has tweeted ?
The company's obligations of "Continuous Disclosure" are covered under ASX listing rule 3.1 and the Corporations Act s674,

Still no change in "Substantial Holder" notice from Ahmad?
It isn't as if he doesn't know the regulations (ASIC Regulatory Guide 5, Section R.G 5.2(a), Pt 6C.1 &R.G 5.286(b)) to when this should be announced considering his skill set and the amount of times he has lodged these types of notices.
For clarity, the obligation is on Ahmad as the substantial holder and not in his role as a director.
