Excellent post FF explaining how the shares are traded etc. I agree with your point of view regarding the US investors will most likely be LTH and result in even more shares being removed from the "trading pool" and tightening liquidity even further! All good news for us here on the ASX.
Another thing to remember is that if demand is stronger on the OTCQX than the ASX (possible - just think of Alex and his followers) then the US will drive the SP re-rate and there is really no limit on how high a SP can go.
Pointsbet Holdings (OTCQX) that FF pointed out is over USD$10 share.
