    Hey all, did anyone see the Patent Box Tax break in the budget? Appears to be targeted at small biomeds/medtech to help maintain an Aussie presence.

    Interesting to see if this would alter the partnership/buy-out plan as (from what I can see) RAC would only be liable for 17% tax on income from the patent, assuming this eventuates.
