Staunch Sued?


Dear Mr.Staunch are you not worried about being sued? I sure would be. Its okay to have an opinion but you can not justify a defamatory comment or a malicious statement by putting IMO at the end of it.

I think if DB was made aware of some of your accusations (of which there have been many) he would not be too happy. There is downramping, which gets you banned from Hotcopper and then there is the defaming of a person one of the key prosecutorial elements of which is to is "Publish".

So if I was you to help avoid that situation I would post an apology and put it down to hotheadedness , and hope like hell its accepted. At a sensitive time for the company if an approval is denied it wont help your case if they find out what you have been saying.
