    I think the new CEO will have to hit the road running to get the first 3M performance rights in regards to corporate rejuvenation inside 12 months.

    He should have an easier hurdle for the second 3M during 18 months and that is probably a sweetener to get him on board.

    So I am cool with these incentives.

    If the guy performs and we get that reflected in our SP then thats all I want.
