"The market is always right" is a statement about the average result. Within that statistic there's a heck of a lot of people who got it wrong.
Even with the same stock there are people who may make a heap of money and others who lose a heap.
Even the same person can be making good money one day and weeks later be deep in the red.... (at one stage I was $30k in paper profit with SGQ and chose to keep holding prior to the drill results last year.... currently I am $65k under water on my position.... so, was I right or wrong??... going forwards will I be right or wrong?? The current view of the 'market' doesn't offer any information to answer the question).
