I can't see anyone of the current board retiring as there is a lot of incestuous behaviour in there already, so I guess it's two additional NEDs to come in with fresh corporate rejuvenating blood to be introduced by new CEO/MD from past contacts.

Also curious why the performance hurdle is market cap as opposed to sp. issue another 500 m shares at 2.5 c for a lease. There's your 30 Mil market cap. Total dilution of current holders. Cheers
