yeah we also have no absolute proof that all that last mass extinctions were due to huge temperature and co2 fluctuations despite the correlation.
I suppose lung cancer has no absolute proof of being effected by ciggies despite the overwhelming correlation, disprove and and get some bucks from Philip Morris mate.
