superk,
Regarding my reearch and opinion of BJT being one-sided. From the getgo you will note from my posts my concerns regarding the tax treatment of distributions being a burden and therefore a negative thing for holders.
In relation to me being positive on BJT well that is all relative. Relative to other REIT's BJT is in fantastic shape.
Relative to BHP (if you want to look at extremes), BHP has 9% gearing vs. BJT at say 60%. Comparison here is useless but you get the drift.
WHy shouldn't I be optimistic and bullish in regard to a REIT I am invested in and therefore own a part of? I have done sufficient research and quantitative analysis which to me illustrates abundantly why I personally think it is money wisely investment. Regarding my research, I won't share for fear of being labelled a ramper now.
Also you are jumping to one heck of a concussion to think that I am cocksure. Blessed is he/she who is humble....and all that.
I have lack of surety and shortcomings just like the next person.
