The good side of having a JV with Atlas other things being equal is that you get someone to share the costs with. Here could be say 50:50 presuming there is a good amount of ore. That would mean financing 15ks each of railway line instead of 30. Going halves in rolling stock, or these could be provided by a third party. Bet some Taurus bags me...ore isnt proven up yet.. true but you make money by guessing correctly based on evidence so far. Junior miners dont have the deep pockets of the majors or the staff of different specialists. The short haul here is a plus. Direct shipping ore with a short haul can be a winning formula.
