That's why I asked the question the other day. The studies have been funded by the government and the quarterly says they will be delivered to the government in May. It doesn't say anything about being released to the market.
One thing I've learnt investing in stocks is to take announcements literally and don't expect anything more than what has been said. I hope I'm wrong this time...
