the pop. is unlikely to continue recent historical growth rates without suitable avenues for employment,things like high to medium density housing on transport corridors in the greater sydney basin area are alarming,they need another warragamba dam,1mill more ppl will really stress water resources.
as for r/e increases the general lift historically is 4months,i think the 4months are up,and am equally sure investors bailed early,certainly in my area that has been the case,with 1st home fhb flooding into the market,i expect a pullback there are new homes that are better value.
