I wouldn't do something drastic as to sell your house, I still believe in diversity and am a big fan of property investment (even looking at doing some purchasing in around 6 months time)...tell me a share that you can increase the value of by altering...:P
I was thinking of loading up on my current holdings for FY10...I had a target of 3.30 for the next 12 months...can't see anything but blue skies for CUS at present...
NO ONE NOT TAKE THIS AS A RAMP UP, just personal opinion here!
