weekend and Friday nights good trading in Melbourne CBD, but weekdays Mon-Thurs are absolutely stuffed.
Emporium is doing very very badly, asking new rentals are being leased out at a discount of nearly 40% to pre covid rents and even then its an uphill battle to re-lease.
However Emporium is probably the runt of the litter.
Overall Happy to just hold.
