Welcome back to the real world. Management have been disingenuous ever since they sold very large parcels of shares after priming the pump regarding FY20's results.
Sales for the 6 months to 30 June 2020 $923m
Sales for the 6 months to 31 Dec 2020 $677m
Sales for the 6 months to 30 June 2021 $523m (F) (Why would anyone believe their sales forecast for May and June 2021 to make up $523m to get to $1,200m after the last 4 downgrades / fiasco's ?).
Management clearly have no visibility on forward sales whatsoever...how much more evidence does anyone need in that regard ?
Margins are heading down at a similar pace as sales.
Forsyth Barr out this week saying they don't expect travel to return to pre-pandemic level's until 2026 !
Plenty more stock write-off's to come in FY22 and hugely increased marketing spend to try and sure-up the ship. Maybe eps of only 10-12 cps in FY22, similar to FY21 ?
The days when you can afford to give management the benefit of the doubt are gone. Follow the TA, it works.
"Go hard or go home"...maybe its long overdue you went home ?
