Whilst not being across the legislative requirements etc, etc I would have thought the US would be a go to market for the initial study. Whilst yes it's a little like comparing apples with oranges just look at CSL Behring and the plasma collection business. The appetite and culture to get paid to be part of a medical study is I would suggest far more evolved in a number of countries outside of Australia, so as you suggest I hope a plan b is in place if need.
