Why would he when a company's own director sells out, going against everything the company is try to build at such a critical time.
It's not like the company's kicked a few goals, SP has shot up and he's trimmed holding down a bit to off to de-risk and take some profits, its 20K but has a massive impact on the market perception and this particular director's priorities...
