    Yes demerger is a "dividend" but there are dividends and than there are DIVIDENDS lol.

    Imagine 3 months after demerger, the LithiumCO needs a cap raise to fund the first drill program lol...

    Than dilute a ridiculus percentage of calue to develop the mine.... While FFX is paying out cash dividend.

    That would be a mumumental WTF moment
