Currently PLL payment settlements is on deferred basis, means if you sell your shares now, you will receive credit in your account in about 7-10 days. So to buy back in again you have 2 choices:
1- wait for the your account to be credited in 7-10 days
2- Buy if you have a spare cash.
This could be one of the reasons some may not be buying instantly in my opinion.
