    The underwriters can terminate the agreement if the S&P200 falls 10% (it was 4062.2 on 12 June and touched 3887.7 today) or the 3mths LME Cu or Zn price falls 15%. Given todays falls it might be worth keeping an eye of those figures. Without the $127m underwriting what will happen to KZL?
