I am disgusted and shocked that the company had to ask the question. Diversity is via race not shades of brown. Makes us look like a redneck backwater . This company has to make a huge effort to review all its practices and ensure training. Shades of brown questions were used in Apartheid countries and the US prior to it's enlightenment.
