If I read the documents correctly there are currently approx 32m shares on issue of IDC - major consolidation there.
The GM will vote to issue shares to directors that will inflate that to 42m SOI.
An increase of 21%, I guess there is no money to pay them so they get shares.
Nice if the company can somehow rise from the ashes - the directors have won the mining lotto but what are the odds?
