These numbers are just staggering!
Definitely a couple of interesting numbers to note in this release:
Firstly, PIQ have again identified that they will potentially charge approx. $150 USD /per test
Secondly, the net savings of $862 million USD every 4 years for each 1 million diabetics, translates to a net saving of: $26,722,000,000 USD every 4 years when all 31 million diabetics are considered.
And this is just the USA !!! I’m frightened to think of the global dollar savings, let alone the secondary health benefits to patients in terms of quality of life.
Amazing news – hard to see any health regulatory body not giving PromarkerD a very serious look.
