Arkie, trying to save a dollar is counter productive. They obviously have a resource problem and don't want to spend dollars to fix it! There seems to be a bottleneck at peak times they have now had 3 weeks to fix it. Last I spoke to the help desk I ask when the problem would be resolved and the young fellow said he did not know. I then asked to speak to someone who could give me the answers and he said he would get someone to ring me back, but predictably, nobody did ring back.
