They do make some beautiful lighter style wines. Not what the area is know for but we are seeing more and more French and Italian varieties which rival the old world wines.

My personal fav at the moment is McCarthy's Orchard Nero d'Avola. We also make some of the best drinking grenache here.

This vintage will be heralded as one of the best ever due to the lack of the annual heat wave which normally occurs at the worst possible time.

Cellar as much 20/21 as you can people. Or just drink it!
