    I think SGW assests are worth over $3 but the loans are a bit of a concern, they are pretty much debt free I think due to the rights issue above $3 which occured.

    I'll get my friend to look at the loans since he knows more about the balance sheet and post back to you ok...

    Goldmann sacks got out today, I think more will get out and the price will go even lower...
