    I smell an institutional buyer out there.

    33 million shares have been traded tis morning and the price is still holding at 2.6 cents.

    It appears that they will take all they can get at 2.6 cents.

    If there are institutions out there starting to buy be wary.

    Don't give your shares away too cheap.
