Firstly it's Veronica not Virginia. Secondly FER cannot lose their product because they own the patents.

Veronica says her new test is an improvement over FER's. But is there any independent clinical data backing that claim?

Also how many years will it take a competitor to commercialize her new test (if any)? FER say their test will be commercial this year. The years not over so I guess we will have to wait and see.

I have my own reasons why I think the PLT/FER merger should not go ahead. Other sh are free to make up their own minds as well.
