If the info in the data room was good it would be available for all to see fact is the data in this room probably stinks hence why there is no info. It is not in the co interest and especially not in any sharelholers interest for any price sensitive info such as production rates and cost of development etc to be locked up in some virtual room nobod can touch.
IMHO we have been spoon fed BS from day dot think about it is it seriously in YOUR best interest to not know the details about a company your investing in? Lock down my butt ASX rules clearly state market sensitive info must be put to market fact is there must not be any market sensitive info hence MAE is dying a slow death.
I mad a formal complaint to the ASX today because as far as MAE's disclosure is concerned they are trading insolvent. There quarterly cash flow as per formal ann is higher than their funding and until they state formally otherwise what else can you deduce. They said three weeks ago the finance is pending the paperwork its just another string along from the MAE guys how long are you going to wait for good news ? I have not seen a positive ann from these guys in years no milestones ever reached EVER now in its death throws people still believe on lets face it BLIND faith that they care about yor investment. Sorry to say but good luck getting any accountablility you goin to apply for extradition for JC and others if it turns out they used you?
GS can not say we bar you from releasing market sensitive info its also BS MAE must abide by OZ law and financial regulation as they are a listed OZ stock.
I truely hope it pulls a rabbit out of the hat but seriously all holders have been misled, misreated and left in the dark by MAE. The website still has the slogan "low risk development" you still buying it or are you really just hanging in there for hope of a return for your initial investment?
