IDC shareholders approved 400:1 share consolidation at AGM dated 30/05/2016, at which time SOI reduced from 1,363M to 3.4M.

DOCA was completed 19/01/2021. I doubt the administrator would have resigned before he was paid.

I agree with Bollinger that IDC now has 32M SOI and that will increase to 42M after the vote at the AGM.

I will be interested to see what strategic opportunities are being evaluated by its Directors.

Indochine is relisting to build significant shareholder wealth for its shareholders.
