Rarely Saintex...do we get a company like CTT ...where the percentage change in earnings is accelerating Ie earnings increasing at an increasing rate....and the recent base rate of increasing growth of revenue is possibly one of the fastest rates of revenue growth in the world ...I believe. it is quite an incredible opportunity.
Today was another good shake out ...today was where fear got the better part of greed...many investors as we can see are merely Momentum buyers ..the brokers know this and shake the tree and catch that further harvest of low lying fruit...the thing to remember is that sellers getting out at these levels clear the overhanging supply and set the shares up for a stronger rebound.
The deeper question ....When does high momentum buying give way to real value buyers ie people who hold for months rather than days or a day ...well its a transitional model ..of course momentum buyers play an important part ...they create the liquidity that the value buyers will always be there to absorb in a sell off....Volumes are growing on a average daily basis ...this is a good sign because you have to "Feed the little monster to make him grow!!"...and bigger buyers and more buyers of all types are getting involved...the discovery process of more investors finding CTT is now well under way but I assure you a long way to go.
