Another ugly day on the market all round. With EXR about 2.9 million of the 4.8 million shares traded were dumped into the market between 1pm and 3pm. The VWAP at 35c was well above the 34c closing price.
Don't really have much to add to the observations already made, but I do wonder why anyone would sell their shares during a series of red days like this, seems a great way to throw money away.
