I have reasonable confidence in the legal disputes will be resolved - at least as much as I could have from this far on the outside.
We are going to get diluted to hell and back when the DFS funding is needed. It will be very interesting to see how they handle that. Hopefully it goes JV and ownership issues resolved + signals to the market about progress = substantial re-rate before DFS cap raise = more options available to the company and less dilution for shareholders. I think they are clever enough to know that.
The NPV at current IO prices is ~7B and the IRR is ~129% so the numbers are pretty staggering.
