capital raising, page-14

I havent looked at NEO for a few months, Anyone know when the capital raising is taking place???? They have already placed their 15% so that rules out that option, a 1:1 rights issue is probably most likely....they would need to place it at a significant discount to insure they get enough takers, preferablly underwritten, though I would be surprised if anyone would do that....I think .4c would be a good outcome.....anyone feel like putting more money in a .4c?????????
